OTC Elite Completes Final Weekend of Indoor and Cross Country Seasons

Eugene, Oregon – OTC Elite team members Stephen Pifer and Gabe Jennings completed successful weekends racing on opposite sides of the United States.  Pifer traveled to Orlando, Florida to compete with Team USA at the NACAC Cross Country Championships while Jennings raced the mile at the UW Last Chance Qualifier in Seattle.

Pifer led Team USA to the team title of the NACAC Cross Country Championships with his individual victory.  Pifer completed the 8k course in 23:15 winning the race by fifteen seconds over Canadian Dylan Wykes.

Jennings, who made his OTC Elite debut, finished third in his first race of the 2009 season.  Jennings ran a very respectable mile with a time of 3:58.25 and is looking forward to the outdoor season.
